About Feeding Hope
Hope Through Action
Feeding Hope is a community-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit, charity organization devoted to making a difference for the children and families in need within our community.
Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide a quality meal to any member of our community in need, regardless of their circumstances. We seek to encourage and minister to those we serve. Our Vision is to ensure that no one in our community goes hungry. Our Slogan is "Making a Difference, One Meal at a Time!" Our guiding scripture is, Isaiah 58:10, which says, "Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon."
Community Meals
Feeding Hope, along with our gracious, donating partners and volunteers, serves a FREE meal to anyone in need, every Tuesday and Thursday from 5PM to 6PM at Keithley Park Pavilion, 316 NE 3rd Ave., in Durant. We also have annual events like our "Harvest of Hope" Thanksgiving Lunch, GLOWING with Hope 5K & 1-Mile Run, Back 2 School Bash, Christmas in July, along with others.
